Frequently Asked Questions
Q:

What is "no pay - no play"?

A:

This new law became effective on september 6, 1998 and applies to all accidents occurring after that date. The law provides that uninsured motorists lose their right to collect the first $10,000.00 in property damage or personal injury damage in a car accident, no matter who was at fault. The law does not apply to a passenger in a vehicle without insurance. We urge everyone to purchase insurance if you have not done so already.
